The Delmonico Cocktail has stood the test of time, remaining popular for close to two hundred years. The Classic Delmonico served under the proprietorship of Oscar Tucci and Mario Tucci was the most frequently ordered cocktails. Orginally created in the 1800s. This cocktail is a modern take from Paul Zahn on a Gilded Age classic. Served in an original Oscar's Delmonico rocks glasss. The recpie can be found on page 28 of The Delmonico Way.

Late golf great Arnold Palmer frequently dined at Oscar's Delmonico and became friends with owner Mario Tucci, who maintained memberships at premier golf clubs such as Westchester Country Club in Rye, New York and Ugolino in Florence, Italy. In the late 1960s, the restautant began serving a vodka-spiked version of Arnold's namesake drink, which is a combination of lemonade and ice tea. Served in a Baccarat etched glass, with an original Osar's Delmonico iced-tea spoon and silver straw. The Recpie can found on page 38 of The Delmonico Way.

The Orange Nikki is a take from an Oscar's Delmonico regular,Wall Street maverick, and one of the most celebrated socialites in New Yor and Beverly Hills, Nikki Haskell was among the first female stockbrokers at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Nikki was also a real estate broker, party planer, a cult-talk show host, and a Studio 54 and Beverly Hills Hotel staple. Served in a Nambe wine glass.
